Wow!
Change of plan.
After negotiations with the Station Manager, we've been offered a free programme provided we take over the cleaning of the place - dusting, vacuuming, scrubbing the loo, wiping down sound desks and keeping the studio ship-shape! At the same time we can put on our own CDs to listen to, separate from our organised programme. So stuff that might not get more than 1 or 2 tracks played during Folk on Sunday could possibly be played for an hour before, while we potter around with dusters!
So we should be back on air next Sunday!
(I'm not sure if I'm pleased with that arrangement???)
