Thanks for the mention, khandu. I plan on recording my own version of the song very soon. The odd part is that the instrumentation that I have in mind is pennywhistle and bowed psaltry. Alan used a dobro for the fills. That means that the Brit will have recorded the "Country" version while the cowboy will record the "Celtic" arrangement. Go figure.
