Thanks Alba and Jeri for your help and kind remarks. I know I kind of went off but it's sort of horrible to do everything you can think of and slowly see a living thing dying.

As soon as I finished posting here, I got online and did some massive web roaming and came up with this: There is a fungus among us! Actually, just on Joseph (as in he with the many colored coat... although these days it's a bunch of dingy grayish colors :(

I called the pet store and will get meds tomorrow although surprisingly, heat seems to keep fungus away since fungus thrives in cooler water... ya learn something every day... wish us luck!

As for the list of potential farters... actually all of you guys- thanks for the laughter, obviously I needed it today. :)
