PS....Jude, if you get an opportunity, try the Zinsser B.I.N. and save yourself some time, its dry to the touch in 15 minutes and recoat time is 45 minutes. The company recommends using using amonia or solvent to preclean really grundgy surfaces, but I use diluted Simple Green to no ill effect, just make sure that its had enough time to really dry.
