The Charles Kennedy affair got me thinking about whether voters should demand that our politicians should be, literally, "fit to lead". For example, I would guess that Ariel Sharon is at least 50 pounds overweight. Should that fact have been raised by the Israelly people. Being that much overweight must negatively affect Sharon's ability to do his job properly/efficently.
