I don't have one of the new-fangled gadgets - answering machines, I hate talking to them, makes me feel like I'm talking to some machine. I also hate leaving a message because it chains me to staying indoors waiting for a call back. Besides most people use them as screening devices, I can't understand businesses which you are taking the trouble to contact fo info or to place an order that have answering machines to call you back at THEIR convenience. Then you hear them crying that they are filing for bankruptcy, well hello, ever hear of customer service ?
