Yes. Download a copy of the free program called DVD Shrink (you'll have to search for it and download it from offshore if you're in the U.S.). Copy the DVD onto your computer then choose "ReAuthor" and that will let you parse out the audio track.

You may have to convert that to something other than the format it is in to play on a CD.
