I'm aware of the general outlines of complexity theory; but the thing is that (IMO, anyway) intent is a pure simplicity, not a complexity, and not something that emerges from compounding large numbers of transactions from simple rules and elemental participants. There are some elements that do not have the same aspects or qualities of emergent systems and complex behavior. Among them are beingness itself, understanding, and imo, intention. Nor do I think these things are inexplicable. I think, rather , that they are the pure and simple inherent spiritual abilities that drive most mental conduct, emotional conduct, goals and insight.
