Until recently, I was under the impression it was illegal for telmarketers to call cellular phones because the recipient may be charged for the call. If someone has one of those pay-as-you-go calling card deals instead of a regular calling plan it costs them 25ยข any time a telemarketer calls them. Well, I guess it's not illegal any more, if it ever was, because we started getting telemarketing calls on our cell phone a couple of months ago. So, I put the number on the do-not-call list. Not sure how the SOBs got our cell number since it's not in any directory that I know of. It is on our business cards. Maybe people go around collecting business cards "harvesting" unblocked unpublished numbers?
