Devonshire Cream is the best and if you do not believe it then go to Bideford in North Devon on any day and to the end of the quay where 'Hockings' Ice cream van sits quietly waiting for discriminating buyers to buy dairy ice cream with a clotted cream topping....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I assure you that this ice cream with real clotted cream topping is second to none!
