Unfortunately, I really can't do much else apart from say sorry.

I do however feel that being called 'sick' and 'evil' was somewhat over the top, and at the risk of annoying a certain subset of the American middle class, I'm really glad that you lot don't have the ultimate sanction as regards my occasionally errant behaviour. You don't come across as being too forgiving...

Kat, if you are reading this - sorry - we could all do better if we tried to understand each other, and whilst I've made the most abysmal start possible, I'd like to try harder
