Funny you asked, I just recieved an e-mail from him. Probably much
the same as Anglo's. He's attempting to produce a CD he recorded back in 1992 on the Zawisza Czarny, a polish schooner, while on it's voyage home. It features the crew including John Townley, Simon Spaulding (though he doesn't mention it) & Marek Siurawski who you can hear doing leads on Roller Bowler & London Julie (he's my source for both these songs)as well as leading a few others that I recognize his voice on John Cherokee, Dead Horse & Goodbye, Fare Thee Well. You can also get to hear John leading as he's provided sound clips for this hopefully soon to be released CD. John has A coulpe of CD's out but I didn't find what you were looking for on the one I had 'A Chesapeake Sailor's Companion'. You'll find his web site, like Anglo said, Yes, this is the same JT.
