I hope you all realize that the camp has some pretty serious insurance/liability issues to deal with, more than a strait-laced moral code to impose on people. Camp people are really COOL. They most likely just don't want to to be put in an awkward negligence-liability-type situaion if they openly condone something that ends up hurting someone they are legally responsible for keeping safe from harm.
