There was a chilling film made in 1995, I think it was, Hearts of Hate which chronicled the rise of neo-nazism among Canada's youth. If I remember correctly Resistance Records was featured with their hate-filled music.

On the other hand, there is an encouraging article HERE by a young woman who got out of the orgs. and is now an activist against nazi-hatred.

Of course, it is pervasive all over; certainly not only in Canada.
