Only joking, but I do know that the fada can be got, on my keyboard anyway, by using AltGr while pressing the key that generates the French Grave accent ò. Of course, you have to type the vowel in AFTER you do the AltGr thing.
As for the å ø æ etc? I use a Swedish keyboard with support for the Norwegian language.
