Then you don't bother reading the papers or watching TV (which might explain your colossal scotoma). Care to explain why he's on the 'campaign trail' to sell his warrantless spying (despite the fact that he's not running for re-election)? Don't you think he'd be better served actually doing some preznit type work? You know, I think I'd rather have seen him on the job on Aug. 6th, 2001....
