Well, for one, the news sites sometimes are way behind in getting information out... As in the case of spy-gate, the New York Times sat on the story for a year...

In the case of Clin Powell's former chief of staff, Larry Williomans, the media buried the story in the Style section which is usually their gossi/recipes/fashion/arts section....

In the case KatrinaGate, I peeped this story two months before the media caught up to it just thru my own investigatuion thru Google searching lots of different sources...

And as fir the "bashing" aspect of it,Michelle, don't you wish there had beena few more "Hitler bashers" in the late 30's, or "JFK bashers" in '62... I sure do... Most wars occur because leaders kinda know they can get away with them...

Bad policy is bad policy...

So what if an adult book store or crack house opened next door to you??? Would you just say, "Well, I'm just going to agree to disagree with you?" Well, I wouldn't...

When folks feel powerless to change things they are no longer part of the larger democratic experiement which orders us to inform ourselves and to petition our governemnt... It is out patriotic duty...
