I don't watch the show, but I am disturbed to hear reports of bullying.
I rather have to watch it as the rest of household has it on all the TVs. However here is a bit of snobbery involved in not wishing to admit such shows are enjoyable but I have to say that this one was/is interesting, worrying and also very amusing. The only one comming out with any real credit being Chantelle the non-celeb Essex girl.
When stepping in to an argument, Mr Galloway stated that he is compelled to protect 6f 8in basketball players who come from a U.S. black ghetto from being bullied! Even when Mr Rodman has shown himself to be quite able to look after himself and undertake his own bullying.
This same Mr Galloway had earlier allied himself with Pete Burns and sat and did nothing when Mr Burns launched (for as he later stated - the hell of it) the most vicious, bullying and relentless assasination, upon another U.S housemate, Tracy Bingham.
It would seem that Mr Galloway choice of Dennis Rodman and Pete Burns as acceptable pals to support does fall into the pattern of this man's support for Sadam Hussain and his murderous and bullying band of cut-throats. I would not rely too much on Mr Galloways ability to protect anyone but himself from bullies. Coming over as one willing to send anyone and anything down the river in order to save himself.
He had earlier in the show championed another bully - Michael Barrymore but turned on him when Barrymore tried to protect some of the younger housemates from George's gang of bullies.
Galloway's painting of a situation where he was punished for twice breaking the rules into a 'humbug' claim that his democratic right to vote was being taken from him by his fellow housemates was as amusing as it was revealing about his claims on other issues. Especially as this was the result of secret ballot.......
If the object of the show is to choose a course to enable you to stay there - Mr Galloway's choice to shout at - call childish names like 'sneak' and bully the young pop star who all the girls want to go to bed with and all their mother's wish to mother - was not one likely to result in many of them voting for George. Do not take any horse racing tips from George - his nack of backing losers is confirmed by his appearnce on this show.
Young Chantelle had it right when she confirmed that Georges's party was called The Respect Party and suggested the addition of the letters D.I.S. to prefix this.
