'In eighteen hundred and sixty one' is another that is hard to trace back before the 1860's (e. g. "Abe Lincoln Went to Washington" and examples above), although some have suggested antecedents. It is reminiscent of versions of "Poor Paddy" (Paddy Works on the Erie, etc.) but the form is different and there seems to be no clear connection.
