AND we're going to get another guest room out of it. Heck, this part of the house has a full bath and a full kitchen (it used to be a seperate apartment, probably for either Mormon missionaries or University students). Even a door to the patio that's under the deck.

As the final touches, we're thinking of getting a SMALL refrigerator and moving the second microwave there (we have two microwaves from the time when she was in Kentucky and I was in Idaho).

Now I want to put corner guard and things on those areas where it should have been put and wasn't. As I said about "good enough" workmanship....
