We in the UK were promised snow and frost and freezing weather.... it was forecast as the coldest winter on record.... still waiting for it!

OK, I admit, it has been pretty chilly... I even wore socks in the house the other day, but we've had no snow to speak of, and very little rain. In fact, Londoners are being asked to conserve water or face a hosepipe ban in MARCH if we don't get any decent rain soon.
