Here's another new African proverb I just made up {well, actually I admit that I'm paraphrasing the Ghanaian Sankofa proverb}:
"It is never to late to give credit where credit is due."

So in sayin that how 'bout I [and no body else] gave artbrooks credit for his joke in his 04 Feb 06 - 05:04 PM post about the name for that team the Pittsburgh Steelers are playing in todays' Superbowl.

Artbrooks said "the Seagulls". The real name is the Seattle Seahawks. That was a good one, Art!

[I confess I had to look it up]. But if that's right, why are these teams playing in Detroit [where it is snowing]?

And btw, it's snowing a little harder in Pittsburgh now. At least you can see snow on the grass.
