I finally received my copy - it only took 6 weeks to get here, along with a lovely chrissy card showing a painting by Charlie's mother. I wonder how long it would have taken if you'd not paid for Air Mail. Maybe it missed the planes & came over on a sailing ship?

First thing that took my eye was the pic on the back cover - Charlie at my folk club The Loaded Dog! I do like pics that show our lovely banner, and it's not something I'd expect to see on an American CD.

They are such an uncommon batch of sea songs that there are only two I know - 'Dead Dog Cider' which Charlie & Brett sang when they visited us several years ago, and 'Anderson's Coast' written & often sung at the Dog by regular John Warner (Mudcatter Jack Halyard).
