Do you live in Boulder? If so, perhaps you could give me a little guidance--my brother in law keeps after us to move out there, and the missus is all set to go. I'm open to the idea, but I'm not sure. It seems like a great area to live, and to be honest, the idea of getting away from the Florida summers is most attractive. Any thoughts,tips, suggestions?
