When? When every parent & family member teaches every child on the planet to respect every other person on the planet, and treat them all as a member of their family. It may take awhile.

I have PBS on in the a.m.'s for my toddler niece, & the other day, I saw the Secretary General of the United Nations with some of the little critters helping them to understand cooperation. There is also an ad where the members of the UN are arguing, and a little kid tells them, "The more we get together, the happier we'll be." Only then do they get the message. PBS is trying to teach most kids what they are NOT getting at home.
