No, I don't live in Boulder, but I lived in Evergreen Colorado for almost 20 years. Boulder area is nice, but quite expensive. They have a fairly restrictive no-growth policy, which is good from the standpoint of reducing people concentration, but makes real estate a sky-high proposition. Most reasonable property is in the surrounding areas like Broomfield, Ault, etc. Colorado is quite temperate with lots of sun, and snow doesn't stay long. Access to camping, fishing, skiing, climbing, biking, etc is excellent, as you probably know.
