I got this diet tip from a friend that fits with a familiar thought. Outside of mealtimes, many people eat when the reality is that they are actually thirsty, not hungry. So, at times when you find yourself drawn to snacking on something, try drinking a little water instead.
Most of us are apparently dehydrated most of the time.
And, of course if you're having water rather than cake, biscuits(cookies), sweets (candy), crisps (potato chips) etc.etc.......you may be ahead of me now.
Too much water is no good either.
