Eastern Carolina, heh, CarolC... The P-Vine lived there fir a while when she was in college (East Carolina) and swears that's where she leatrned to cook... And, boy, she can cook (no jokes...)... She sasy that Parker's BBQ in Wilson has the best BBQ in N.C...

Must be purdy good 'cause we attended a fancy wedding up in N.Va. a couple years ago and they had sent someone all the way down to Parker's to bring back the food for the cloth napkin reception...
