We could blame all Spaniards for the Inquisition while we're at it. Why not? ;-) We could also blame organized politics for everything, and be a whole lot closer to the truth.

There IS no way to "get rid of" fundamentalists, Shambles. There will always be some fundamentalists. Learn to accept that the World will never be perfect. There will always be organized religions too. Live with it. Most of us manage to do that with no difficulty whatsoever. You are just blowing off steam uselessly on this thread. If you persist in doing so, you may eventually attract the attention of some truly vicious fundamentalists, and they will hunt you down and burn you at the stake as an imp of Satan!
