Thanks Stu, that's pretty close to what I figured, only I modulated the second (AND 4TH) lines from D to A before returning to G. And I think I used E7 the second time it came up instead of Em. I had an idea there might be some more elaborate swing type chords to it. But it looks like you and I are on the same page, anyway.
