So what's wrong with nuclear power stations having a few windows? Working under those fluorescent lights all day long can be depressing. People need to let a little natural sunlight into their workplace environments. Sure, they'd have to make the windows of bulletproof glass, install heavy bars over them, and surround them with yards of concertina wire but that just adds to the ambience.
