Ah, finally a way to unite all Mudcatters--right across the political spectrum, evidently. It definitely is the best cartoon of all time, as far as I'm concerned. My favorite part was probably Bullwinkle's Corner--especially when he read poetry. I loved the hard-bitten cops grilling Tom-- "Now listen, Piperson..." , "The Swing", and probably all the others too. And so much else.

When somebody says "presto" I still say "wrong hat". I definitely would have picked up on Eenie Meenie, Chili Beanie! The spirits are about to speak! That was a great story too.

Thanks so much, LH, for those links--I've already learned so much more than I knew before--had no idea about Moossylvania etc.    What a great story!--and in October 1962! And Jay Ward also did Crusader Rabbit?--that was one of the best of the earlier cartoons--and you can see the pedigreee.
