At The Bridies' web page, there's a track list for "13" which contains some very brief (20-second) sound samples for a few tracks, but not NICE BIT A'HAM.

I did listen to a few samples, and I couldn't see anything hysterical or satirical about them; just straightforward good performances of Irish music. Maybe I'm missing something.
