Rather than turning attention from it and considering this to be an end - would it be better to establish and finally address the reasons - so that it may be prevented from happening all over again?

No - I thought not..................It would seem to be much more fun to intentionally avoid and run away from pretty obvious solutions in order to keep on ******* up a really good thing.
