http://pdf.crse.com/manuals/3245133121.pdf is the manual and it definitely says it can in that. I can't get at it at work but at home it will download with a downloader like FlashGet.

As opposed to the RM AV2500 which it mentions only the icon on the display. (Website says it can, Remotecentral think it definitely can't)

It may be a European model but the manuals website is global.

I may very well buy if they are not obsolete completely.

I probably can get it to dim my bedroom lights as well but the boxes & PC (no TV) are downstairs.
