I did try to get on today (waited over 1 hour) but obviously time was too short/ there were too many other topics to talk about.

I suspect that there are a lot of people in the industry who support us, but we do not tend to do ourselves justice in that we are to a large extent silent!.....(eccept when singing)
The nice lady on the phone did offer to give me an address to write to but I assumed that that track would be less effective, and more easily ignored!
