The onyuns wasn't a ref to the site, if that's how it struck you.
While in Milwaukee I faced an angry mob one night when I announced the menu for an upcoming league party, and did not include RAW GROUND BEEF, with buns and onions. (It was a pistol league and they were armed.) They call them Cannibalburgers. Very popular, with beer and brandy boilermakers.
The burgers ain't too bad, if you've had enough boilermakers.
