We spend a lot of time in northen Brittany,and it's as Julian says.Brittany has much more of a sense of community than a lot of other places in France.Also,they don't consider themselves as being "French".They've got their own flag,and make their own "Whisky"....I like the flag!From Brussels to Bruges!No,I shouldn't think too many people would go around greeting each other.We don't get too many smiles in and around Paris either.
