I don't know about that community, 'Spaw, but many small towns and the people in them really struggle with revenue issues. Without a ggod commercial tax base the tax burden on residents can be come overbearing and drive out lower and moderate income people as both tax values and tax rates increase. We are struggling with that issue in our little berg right now.
