Depends on the person.

I can think of quite a few men I love seeing in shorts, quite starts the heart a-thumping. There are others that should really stay home....

And as for women - last year we were in a Chinese buffet restaurant and in came the vision in pink - must have been 300lbs of her, bulges everywhere, in a halter neck top and shorts, all BRIGHT PINK. Quite put us off our food! She was sat in the next booth to us and was very distracting. I think she was one for one of Bobert's mumus, for sure.
