I would add most of songs from 'Cold Mountain'. The fiddle of Stuart Duncan is exquisite.

I Wish My Baby Was Born
Great High Mountain
Ruby with the Eyes That Sparkle

There is one hidden gem in the film 'Secondhand Lions'

Rollin' Stone from Texas by Don Walser

Ever notice how important a soundtrack is to a movie; how songs you overlooked before were enhanced by your appreciation for that tune once you hear it and have a visual memory from the movie/song/soundtrack interface? One example for me is "Bang Bang" (My Baby Shot Me Down) from Kill Bill. I remember the song by Ms. Sinatra in the last 60s but had forgotten it and now have a much greater appreciation for it because it is the backbone of the movie's premise.

For people like me that love movie soundtracks try: 'Soundtrack Collector' on the web for older out-of-print soundtracks.
