I've managed to lose a stone and a half since January. I suppose I'm cheating as I started the slim fast plan...shake in morning etc etc....although I make it work for me and I don't stick to it religeously. I already eat a healthy diet and I exercise but I've got PCOS and one of the side effects is that it's difficult to lose weight. I thought about joining weight watchers but I can't afford the meetings and they charge you even if you don't go.
