I was recently playing at a private party and did "Music for a Found Harmonium" on mandolin. Every person there under the age of 35 was familiar with the tune because it was used in one scene of the more-or-less cult movie "Napoleon Dynamite". Oddly (or maybe not so oddly), though they recognized it nobody knew its name until I told them. Some of them thought the tune was written for the movie and were surprised when I told them it has been around for about twenty years and is part of the repertoire of most "progressive" Celtic bands.
