OK, here's the scene. Monks sworn to silence. The only time they say anything is at vespers where in response to the abbot's "I wish you a good morning" they sing, "I wish you a good morning." After 27 years, one of the monks decided to throw a twist into things. After the abbot's "I wish you a good morning" he alone of 42 monks replied, "I wish you a good evening."

Ya coulda heard a pin drop. The abbot then said--are ya ready for this? are ya?






































"Someone chanted evening . . . ."
