Well, Wolfgang, I was actually thinking of:

Max! The Mudcat Rules! (bring out yer rulebook so we can figure out what needs improvement) or
Max, the Mudcat, Rules! (Max, who is a mudcat, reigns over the site) (a meteorological event of note!) or
Max, the Mudcat Rules! (just an affirmation of what we know already.)

I hadn't actually thought of breaking up "Mudcat" into its constituent words as "punctuation;" I think of punctuation as small marks like commas, periods, and semi-colons [now don't get too medical about this!]

In any case, Wolfgang, you have made me think a little differently today, and the world, I'm sure, will be improved for that! (no conceit in *my* family--I got it all!)
