Really? I know that St. Hubert is the patron saint of hunters, but St. Joe is not the patron saint of Canada? Well, I shall be calling Ernie and Lisa on Monday morning early. They do the Rock 103 breakfast radio show here in Moncton and that's where I heard about St. Joe being the patron saint of Canada. I guess one should always check one's sauces.
