I don't think St. Hubert's is as universal as Kentucky Fried - I think it's pretty much a Quebec phenomenon, is it not? Central/Eastern Canada anyway - Or am I just out of the loop? (I don't get out much).

Somehow a bunch of Kentucky Frieds turned into Swiss Chalets about twenty-thirty years ago - did that happen in the STates too? Canadians demand to know.
