Your correct thurg ... St. Hubert's is pretty well restricted to Quebec ... they did try making inroads to ontario but it didn't seem to work and the ones I knew closed down .. I live in New Brusnwick, that is 50% English, 50% French so we do have the presence of ST Hubert's here.
BTW ... New Brunswick is the only legal bi-lingual province in Canada (I'm proud to say).
