Seriously, I think Max has done a really fine job organizing the MudCat. The Personal Messages feature could have a "reply" button -- it takes some minutes to figure out that you're supposed to click on the sender's name to reply.

And one really cool feature would be a generated list of messages added to threads you are tracking by date and name, since you last read it, showing up on your personal page. For example:

Thread: Max a Million?
From: kat/katlaughing
Date/Time: 01/27/00 1107 (hot linked to the message)

then you could just scamper through your tracked threads without scrolling up and down the whole encyclopedia of the moment.
