I have a few tales of the range. Like the one that only had one burner working and the oven door had fallen apart. It wasn't a range you could feel at home with. We now have an Amana range with the glass cooktop and it although I've never cooked any antelope on it, I have done a good bit of deer. We generally have a few "Critter Dinners" during this time of year. Unfortunately the only thing we have this year IS deer, so I'm thinking of doing a selection of deer favorites when the Leadings are here next weekend. A roast in a nice orange sauce (Peking Buck), the ever popular Sloppy Does, and Lambi(chops braised in mint & rosemary). Please, no discouraging words on the menu selections.Spaw
